Ok. Here's the thing. I have a question directed at anyone who might be able to answer it.
K. Here goes....
There's this show I watched(can't really remember what it was, might have been Ghost Adventures or somethin') Anyway, there was a horseshoe or goat shoe,( it was smaller than a horseshoe so I'm not really sure what to call it) found buried in the foundation of a firepalce and someone said something about it being linked to devil worship.
Does that make any since to anyone? Is there any truth to it?
I figure this asumption is wrong. If the guy really did find the goat shoe there I figure it may have just had something to do with a protection spell.
I dunno. Your replys would be appreciated.

First question is how old is the house? Could it have been a mule or Burrow shoe?
Some people just love to shift straight into satanism to explain anything like this. IMO there are many questions that need to be answered. Like the afore mentioned age of the house. Is it farm house? Even a modern house can get junk trapped in the foundation.
I seriously doubt it has anything to do with devil worship, or the paranormal. In fact, it is a fact that only 3% out of 100% of paranormal activity is unexplainable.
Always look for the mundane first. The practitioner of Magic must be a thinker - and a thinker needs to know when to be a skeptic.
