I've been a wiccan since 2008, when my grandfather died. Something about his death inspired me to seek god/ess in other forms, as I had never really agreed with Christianity and saw it more as a form of oppression in my personal experiences.we learned about the Crucible in 11th grade, which inspired me to seek real, modern witchcraft, which led me to Wicca. if Passions network had a Witchcraft passions page, I would probably be over there instead of here, as I work more with spellwork than anything. I think Wicca has made me more in tune with the seasons and my own body.
