I could say that I hate filling in these things, but that would be lying.... I love to talk, though not necessarily about myself. So, here's the facts: I am the single parent of a beautiful 1 year old boy who is the center of my world. I am hard working and dedicated and while its often stressful, I love my job. My hobbies include knitting, reading, writing, hiking, and just generally being active and getting outdoors. I love Jane Austen novels and movies, and I'm a shameless James Bond fan. I'm honest, sensitive, and very compassionate. In short, I'm a geek. I'm interested in science and history, and I read classics the way most people watch the newest sitcoms. I drink tea, not coffee, and I love rainy days and how cozy they make me feel.

My friends would describe me as sweet, cute, passionate, loves life and that I am almost always smiling or trying to make other people laugh. They would also say I am sensitive, but I'm working on the thicker skin part. I like people of all kinds, just as long as you are a good person underneath it all.

I am hoping to meet people in my area that are interesting, passionate, kind, and who are up for mini-adventures, copious amounts of tea or coffee drinking, and who are don't have hidden agendas. I like my friends to be passionate people, full of life, and who want to live a full life. I have energy, and I like to exert it. Smiling and laughing must be on your priority list too, and being good with kids is always a bonus, since I have one.
